responsible for on time technical application support and problem solving during all operational hours to ensure healthy environment of the supported systems and uninterrupted smooth business operations

- Ensure that supported Applications are up and running 24/7.
- Ensure that applications are closely monitored.
- Provide proactive support to avoid application issues.
- Review Applications KPIs for any room for enhancement.
- Handle Global issues related to supported applications.
- perform on-call duties.
