The E-commerce & Digital Sales Manager is responsible for managing and expanding sales through e-commerce distribution channels, building strategic partnerships with online retail platforms, and achieving sales growth. This role involves negotiating terms, driving brand visibility, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets within the e-commerce distribution sector.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key e-commerce distributors, ensuring smooth sales operations and mutual growth.
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and promotional agreements with distributors to optimize brand presence and profitability.
- Provide distributors with sales materials and product training to support brand alignment and effective promotion.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy specific to e-commerce distribution, focusing on revenue growth and product penetration.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and adapt strategies as needed to meet market trends and demands.
- Work with the marketing team to coordinate online promotional activities that drive demand through distributor platforms.
- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure adequate stock levels for e-commerce partners, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
- Use sales data and distributor insights to forecast demand accurately and align inventory with sales projections.
- Ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries to maintain strong distributor satisfaction.
- Ensure the smooth operation of sales processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery scheduling.
- Track and report key performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management of e-commerce or digital sales channels, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry, with a focus on account relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
- Demonstrated success in managing accounts, achieving revenue targets, and negotiating contracts within a competitive market.
- Experience in North Africa markets
