We are looking for a Human Resources and Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our 'People Operations' department, handling key administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth functioning of HR processes.
As the HR & Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties that ensure the smooth execution of HR functions. You will assist in recruitment processes, performance management, employee engagement, and more. Your role is vital to supporting the overall employee experience, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner.
1-2 years of experience working in an office environment, preferably within an engineering or technical field , Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administratorProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Professional demeanor and positive attitude.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.A background in HR work will be a plusThe Shortest Joining Period will be a plus.ready to join immediately is a plus Heliopolis, Nasr City, and New Cairo Residences are preferable.
