Job Summary: The Learning Expert will be responsible for conducting comprehensive training needs analysis, creating engaging classroom learning content, and curating personalized learning journeys on digital platforms. This role requires proficiency in training evaluation techniques and the ability to collaborate with external learning vendors to deliver high-quality learning programs. Additionally, the Learning Expert will manage budgets when required and report on learning progress.
Key Responsibilities:
