We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the whole process of hiring, from sourcing, to the onboarding.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Job Posting: Create job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. Prepare interview questions and assessments.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks for recruitment.
