Requirements :
- Proven experience in HRM , mainly scope in Recruitment function.
- Job posting, screening and interview process experience.
- Employees relations and hand of experiences in performance management.
- Highly Negotiation skills.
- Good performance with a good attitude.
- Highly communication and handling skills
- Strong knowledge of HR Metrix
- Hand of experiences in the rest of HRM functions like managing internal personnel and payroll.
Salary: 8:10K basic + Bonus.
