Job purpose:
Handles commercial activities with corporate clients to maximize sales achievement while maintaining a quality portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Source new clients, maintain and develop client relationship.
Setting marketing plans, strategies and initiating new channels for the company to expand its clients’ network.
Conduct cold calls as well conduct follow-up calls with existing clients.
Ensure timely and accurate call reporting.
Achieve and set annual planned KPIs and financial targets.
Prepare marketing reports.
Efficiently structure the deal mechanism for each lease transaction.
Follow up on the collection of receivables of past-due clients
Remain up to date on clients’ plans and saturate the clients’ relationship through multiple selling.
Monitor accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, and collection track record.
Address all clients’ complaints in a timely manner.
Ensure quality customer satisfaction service.
Negotiate terms and conditions of credit facilities.
Train and coach subordinates and newly hired team members.
Qualifications:
Relationship Management of large accounts with a proven track record.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales.
Credit Certified is a plus.
Very good English language skills (Speaking and writing).
Highly motivated and target oriented.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
