- Recruitment and Staffing:

- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation and management of performance appraisal processes.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and assist in the development of training programs.
