We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in telesales and service sales to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing and scaling telesales operations, maximizing team performance, and increasing service-based revenue. This role will be pivotal in setting up and managing a high-performing sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing telesales team, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop team members’ skills through ongoing training, coaching, and feedback.
Set performance goals and KPIs and hold the team accountable for results.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve revenue growth targets.
Drive effective telesales practices and methodologies that maximize conversion rates.
Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Relationship Management:
Foster strong customer relationships by ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Establish a customer-centric culture within the sales team, focusing on satisfaction and loyalty.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience (5+ years) in a Sales Manager or similar role, with specific experience in telesales and service sales.Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and scaling sales teams.
