Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and skilled Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in the Delta region and Cairo. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, preferably in biomedical, and a passion for sales in the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with clients in the healthcare and medical sectors, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers in the Delta region.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to explain our solutions’ value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and help expand market presence in the Delta region.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals that align with customer requirements and close deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is a must (Biomedical Engineering preferred).1 to 5 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role, ideally within the healthcare or biomedical sector.Experience selling SaaS or enterprise technology solutions is a plus.Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.Strong knowledge with Microsoft Bundle.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.Willingness to travel within the Delta region to meet clients and attend industry events. Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.High Commission schema.Social Insurance.
