Patient Relations Specialist- Cleopatra Hospital

  • Daily inpatient traffic and complaints and resolution, if any. 
  • · Prepare a daily and weekly report to be submitted to the Director of the Department for complaints. ·
  •  Presence within the outpatient department and meet the hospital periodically to solve any problem facing patients · 
  • Respond to all patient inquiries via internal phone · 
  • Directing the patient to the various departments and post-examination services ·
  •  Review the internal department's complaints and ensure that they are resolved on time.
  •   Raise unresolved complaints to the director of the department for immediate resolution and intervention. ·

  •  Submit a daily report to the director of the department with complaints and it was completed during the day and discussed weekly in the weekly meeting

 They must have knowledgeable about the internal workings of the facility and must also be aware of its strategic objectives.Having good people skills and strong interpersonal communication skills are also paramount to being successful in this type of role.A strong network of media contacts and having exceptional persuasive writing skills can also be an asset.Excellent communication & leadership skillsExcellent problem solving skills
