We are looking for a highly organized Accountant / Company Administrator to join our growing team. This role involves managing financial records, using QuickBooks for accounting, and supporting administrative tasks. This is a fully remote position based in , Egypt.
Key Responsibilities:Maintain financial records, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly reconciliations.Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements.Use QuickBooks to manage transactions and maintain financial data.Support HR functions such as payroll and employee records.Perform general administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: Proven work experience as an accountant or administrator.Skills:Proficiency in QuickBooks.Excellent English communication skills.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.Self-motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
