About the Job:

manages the day-to-day operations activities, responds to inquiries and requests for service from Client relation and commercial professionally. also, schedules, assigns, reviews, and supervises the work of all technicians in Facilities Operations representing a variety of work skills necessary for the maintenance and repair of buildings and equipment;(ppm, cm) participates in the design, review, and planning of new construction and remodeling projects; and does related work as required.

Job description:

  • Managing manufacturing agents.
  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget.
  • develop and implement a facility management schedule including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
  • Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
  • Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.
  • Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
  • Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
  • Delegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy employer needs.
  • Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.
  • Developing and maintaining quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining associate safety standards.
  • Oversee and lead maintenance procedures and actions in a company. Also known as Maintenance Supervisors, these professionals manage activities for the repair of buildings.
  • Checking and preparing site reports.
  • Supervising contracted staff and meeting with sub-contractors.
  • Keeping staff motivated and focused.
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
  • Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
  • Support operational risk and audit process for the purpose of preventive maintenance.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.Excellent leadership and organizational skills.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office and operations management software.Experience in facilities management and maintenance is preferred.
