NOK Human Capital is looking for a talented "Talent Acquisition Lead".

Location: Maadi.

 

Job Description:

 

·        Directly manage NOK’ white-collar & technical team.

·        Responsible for the team performance management, KPIs, quarter evaluations & one-to-one meetings.

 

 

·        Responsible for the first kick-off meeting with the client after the commercial team finalize the agreement process.

 

 

·        Be the point of contact between all external clients & the recruitment team.

 

 

·        Interview & hire managerial & C-level positions & assess their skills, competencies, culture, and experience.

 

 

·        Headhunt the most suitable calibers with the jobs that match their qualifications.

 

 

·        Evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting strategies, procedures, and practices to

·        Determine what changes should be made to improve teams' performance.

 

 

·        Send job offers to accepted calibers & communicate with them all the hiring documents needed.

 

 

·        Meet monthly with company Top Management to discuss goals and objectives for recruiting efforts.

·        Suggest development plans & new recruiting methods to meet company goals and objectives.

 

 

·        Audit & supervise all active positions & CVs sent by the recruitment team.

 

 

·        Contact professionals in my network to find leads that will add to the company portfolio & assist the commercial department.


Job Requirements:  ·        5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition. ·         Proven experience in hiring white-collars, non-mass, technical & C-level positions. ·         Already managing/leading a team.  ·         Responsible for team KPIs & one to one evaluation meetings. ·         Proven experience in communicating with external clients. ·         Fluent English level.
