Responsibilities
Monitor and record employee work hours, overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
Maintain and update timesheets and attendance records
Process and monitor all staffing changes including new hires, transfers, resignations, and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements
Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.
Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.
Receive approval from upper management for payments when needed and prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.
Organize Company Transportations to the engineers of the enterprise sector.
Qualifications
Bachelor of commerce or related field.
1-2 years of experience in the same field.
Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
V. Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
V. Good with Microsoft Office and related payroll software.
