Job Summary: We are seeking a hard-working Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will preferably be someone with 2-3 years of relevant experience in floral design and arrangement. Training will be provided by the company to ensure you are well-equipped to meet our standards and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and design floral arrangements according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral arrangements for various occasions.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Florist or in a related field.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends.
