RUSHBRUSH, INC. is expanding and therefore looking for a highly enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and team player Customer Service Representative.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide information and guidance to resolve customer inquiries over the phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries through different social media platforms.
- Provide the customers with the needed assistance before and after sales.
Duties:
- Assist customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, creating orders, and providing information.
- Support customers online via social media channels.
- Guide customers to get the right and suitable products.
- Handle all customer complaints.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise to enhance sales.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
- Any other task that the manager requires.
Bachelor’s degree is a must.Excellent command of English is a must.Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis.Customer service experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.Time Management skills.Teamwork skills.Multi-tasker.
