Customer Service Representative - Alexandria

RUSHBRUSH, INC. is expanding and therefore looking for a highly enthusiastic, eager-to-learn, and team player Customer Service Representative.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide information and guidance to resolve customer inquiries over the phone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through different social media platforms.
  • Provide the customers with the needed assistance before and after sales.

Duties:

  • Assist customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, creating orders, and providing information.
  • Support customers online via social media channels.
  • Guide customers to get the right and suitable products.
  • Handle all customer complaints.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to supervisors.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise to enhance sales.
  • Research required information using available resources.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions and participating in educational opportunities.
  • Any other task that the manager requires.

Bachelor’s degree is a must.Excellent command of English is a must.Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis.Customer service experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills.Time Management skills.Teamwork skills.Multi-tasker.
