- Reviewing Construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

- Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements and specifications.

- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.
|
- Amend the consultant’s comments on the QS.
|
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQ's and other documentation.
|
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quantity surveying services for our projects.
|
- Liaise and follow up with the warehouse on the materials issuing and track any variation of the quantities.
|
- Work as the linking person between the site and the technical office team.
|
- Issue the QS made for the sub-contractors in order to get the final approval from the Engineering Manager.
|
- Prepare client invoices and sub-contractor invoices.
|
2-4 relevant years of experience.Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience Using Revit, MS Office and MS Excel, AutoCAD.Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
