Position Overview


Smart System LLC is seeking a dynamic IT Sales Account Manager with a passion for advanced data center technologies, particularly within the commercial sector. If you have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience and a proven track record in selling data center solutions, we want to connect with you!


Key Responsibilities


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, focusing on understanding their unique business needs.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance our market presence in Egypt’s commercial sector.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to comprehend customer requirements and deliver tailored data center solutions that meet those needs.
  • Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate our leading data center technologies from top providers, including Dell, Cisco, Veeam, Commvault, VMware, and others.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to overall company growth.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, focusing on data center technologies and solutions, particularly in the commercial sector.
  • Proven ability to sell and promote products from leading technology providers (e.g., Dell, Cisco, Veeam, Commvault, VMware), with in-depth knowledge of their offerings.
  • Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including storage solutions, virtualization, and backup & recovery technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools to track performance and manage client interactions.
