●Develop and use computational design tools, such as algorithms and scripts, to
streamline design processes, including ideation, presentation, analysis,
evaluation, interaction, and aesthetic expression.
● Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and inform project
development.
● Contribute to the development of conceptual design ideas and innovative
architectural solutions.
● Generate and present design renderings, sketches, and visualizations to
communicate and refine conceptual ideas.
● Develop client presentations in very high quality using Adobe Creative Suite.
● Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual designs into practical
and feasible architectural solutions.
Requirements:● Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.● Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit,3D Max and SketchUp, as well as Adobe Creative Suite.● Evidence of a good design understanding e.g. a good design portfolio.● Previous experience or coursework in conceptual design and visualization.● Ability to use a variety of media in the development and documentation of adesign project (PhotoShop, lnDesign, Illustrator).● Excellent research skills and a strong interest in staying updated on industrytrends, materials, and technologies.● A passion for sustainable design and a desire to contribute to environmentallyconscious architectural solutions.● Evidence of the ability to understand design decisions taken by others.
