Your Role
As a Tele Sales Agent, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and closing sales over the phone. Your daily tasks will include:
- Calling restaurants, cafes, and other businesses to introduce our products and services.
- Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets.
- Building strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions.
- Ensuring successful sales transactions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Accurately updating customer information and sales records in our database.
- Handling customer queries and resolving any issues related to products or orders.

What We’re Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you’ll need:Previous experience in tele sales or customer service, preferably in the FMCG or HoReCa industry.A track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.The ability to understand customer needs and close sales effectively.Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Excel for tracking and reporting sales.
