We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to join our team and lead our human resources department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in alignment with our company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with the company’s objectives.
• Create and manage a comprehensive KPI system to evaluate employee performance.
• Design and implement disciplinary actions and rewards programs.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and keep up to date with legal requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, including headhunting, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Develop and manage onboarding and training programs for new employees.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Manage and utilize HR software and tools to streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with management to address employee issues and improve workplace culture.
• Experience with software companies and understanding the unique HR needs in this sector is preferred.

About the Role:

• This is a standalone HR role, meaning you will be fully responsible for managing all HR activities within the company independently.
