Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR ExecutivePeople oriented and results drivenKnowledge of HR systems and databasesExcellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesFluent EnglishCall center experience specially with English accountsEnergetic and enthusiastic personAbility to build team and transfer the knowledge and experience
