Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

Ensuring the effective implementation and continuous improvement of Noatum's IMS across all sites. Acting as the link between Corporate Services and operations, this role oversees quality, environmental management, and health and safety compliance. Responsibilities include managing audits, ensuring legal adherence, coordinating waste management, and fostering communication among teams. The IMS Coordinator drives best practices to enhance operational efficiency and promote a culture of safety and sustainability.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Coordination with all sites. 

2- Bring the standardization of Noatum's Integrated Management System (IMS) to all sites.

3- Internal review and control of compliance with all the requirements of the ISO Standards and the rest of the standards, schemes or certifications of the sites.

4- Preparation of internal and external audits, including client audits and Administration inspections, if applicable.

5- Coordination (with auditors, internal teams and corporate team, if applicable) and active participation in the defense of all internal and external audits.

6- Control of applicable legal requirements.

7- Review and update of operating procedures and work instructions at sites, in collaboration with Quality and Transformation & Operational Excellence teams.

8- Coordination with sites in waste management

9- Collection of consumption data or any related issue, in coordination with ESG and Quality.

10- Control of physical security of each of the sites: talk to the person at the access control/reception point of the facility (office...) or with the person responsible for the security of the facilities, if there is one.

11- Collaboration with Customer Engagement in the approval processes by clients and participation in tenders.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELLBEING

 

  1. Control documentation related to the results and periodic compliance with the planning of preventive activities.
  2. Advise on compliance and monitor that the established preventive objectives are implemented, as well as those established by the SIG (Integrated Management System).
  3. Participate in the investigation of all incidents with injury and get involved in the solutions adopted to avoid their repetition, as well as in carrying out Safety Walks . ( quizzes )
  4. Accompany the Prevention Service technicians on their visits, ensuring that all production processes are observed and analyzed, facilitating consultation and participation (being able to speak with workers and Prevention Delegates).
  5. Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements, as well as instructions and procedures established for the company and interested parties.
  6. Manage dates, contents and attendees of training actions of the Organizational Prevention Modality by adopting the necessary organizational measures to guarantee participation.
  7. As CAE contact person:
    • Guarantee compliance with the Coordination of Business Activities at work center by verifying that the supplier's documentation corresponds with the documentation of the individual/work team on site. Requires communication with the person responsible for access control.
    • In the absence of him-herself, transfer the responsibility to the substitute person.

Role at HS&W: Committed leader and example in matters of Health, Safety and Wellbeing in all areas of the company.

H&S functions related with Integrated Management System (IMS).

 

  • Manage the H&S documentation (ISO 45001) of the companies located in the office (sharepoint access IMS) . Includes IMS tasks
  • Interlocute with/in:
    • the person(s) responsible/owner of the Building (maintenance, industrial safety)
    • The person from the Prevention Service
    • Safety and Health Committees
  • Attend internal and external audits
  • Manage intral (Legal Requirements Platform)
  • Tracking of Objectives
  • SmartOSH: access control (IMS+AEO) / CBA
  • Medical examination management
  • Training/Information Management (ASPY)
  • SmartOSH notifications (report incidents , safety walks and participations that require local management)
  • On boarding HS&W

4-6 years of relevant experienceBachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business AdministrationPost Graduate Study in Supply chain/ Logistics Additional certification in ISO 9001 is a must
