- Guide technical staff engaged in developing materials for specific uses in projected products or devices.
- To supervise staff for reporting, recording and inspection activities and document control.
- Control overall quality levels of various products.
- Develop, improve, and customize product, specifications, equipment, processes, and analytical methods.
- Write technical papers and reports; prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, and tests.
- Record, calibration and inspection results, instruments readings and approval for results.
- To prepare and plan the inter lab comparison or proficiency test.
- To interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities.
- To prepare Inspection Test Plans according to project requirements and client specifications.
- To supervise the calibration and inspection and maintenance of equipment.
- To plan and conduct Subcontractor inspection activities and reviews of Sub Contractor activities.
- Performing the calibration of digital caliper and Vernier with estimating uncertainty and write Certificate for them in the Quality Center.
- Responsible for sign calibration and inspection certificates
- Ensure customer requirement are met
Engineering degree science or chemical or equivalent work experience in industrial field. At least 6 years of work experience in Metrology and/or Calibration, combined with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments. Oral and written skills, strong interpersonal skills and superior organizational abilities.Ability to take initiative, to maintain confidentiality, to meet deadlines, and to work in a team environment is essential.Ability to be flexible and multitasking.Methodical approach, enthusiastic with an emphasis on accuracy and quality of work.Goal Oriented Self Starter.Excellent Communicator.PC-based computing experience is essential
