- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Tracks hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
BSc in a relevant field.Proven 2-3 work experience as a recruitment specialist.Good command of English.Strong communication skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.Self-motivation, enthusiasm, and results-focus.Excellent attention to detail.Effective planning and project management skills with the ability to set and work to deadlines.Excellent hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
