·         Provide the most suitable & high-quality Custom Clearance Providers.

·         Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods, and addressing issues.

·         Working with freight forwarders and transportation companies to optimize shipping routes, modes, and rates.

·         Ensuring compliance with all customs regulations, preparing documentation, and coordinating with customs authorities.

·         Manages all Communications with Custom Clearance Providers & Shipments Insurance Companies.

·         Update all the shipment's status on a daily basis.

·         Review the paperwork from the Custom Clearance Providers & validate it.

·         Issue Purchasing requests for Custom Clearance Providers.

·         Prepare required documents (form5, form4, value declaration ……), Review clearance invoice, and follow clearance procedures.

·         pass clearance invoice to finical department & settle payment transaction

·         follow supplier’s production & when the consignment will be ready

·         feeds customs current accounts & notify the Warehouse of the shipment's arrival.

·         Maintaining accurate import documentation for compliance and reference purposes.
