Change Manager

  • Motivates staff and branch manager to implement changes: explain change, participation and empowerment
  • Control the status of the conversion execution with branch manager
  • Prepare activities/tasks with branch staff - branch staff for implementation
  • Responsible for launching initiatives for the actual experiment in the branch and the full pilot launch and final status of the various tools (product manual, instruction sheet, drive traceability, dashboards, etc.)
  • Ensure that branch employees do the morning talk, daily consultation, and engage in performance dialogues ”Morning meeting”
  • Collect feedback and improve initiatives (during live trials and beyond) while providing guidance
  • Day-to-day work on the ground to implement initiatives with branch managers and branch staff
  • Direct actual experience initiatives include but are not limited
  • Make sure that all branch staff have access to various tools (product guide, instruction paper, driving tracking capability, dashboards, etc.) and use them (shadow branch staff) to ensure that they efficiently post transactions and cross-sell customers
  • Contact each previously converted branch once a week to ensure progress, maintain momentum, help solve emerging challenges and mark key issues for Transformation

Domain Expertise

Bachelor degree from an accredited college/university

More than 11 years, 3 years from as supervisory Level.

Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.

Excellent computer skills.
