Responsibilities
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Ensure completion and processing of new hire paperwork.
Ensure compliance with labor law regulations.
Provide HR support to employees on topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Assist in monthly payroll calculations.
Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
Participate in Organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Promote HR programs to foster an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
Enhance job satisfaction by promptly resolving issues, implementing new benefits, and organizing team-building activities
Analyze job duties, write job descriptions, conduct job evaluations and job analyses, conducting and analyzing compensation surveys as needed.
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes when required.
Job Requirements
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
Software company experience is preferred.
Exposure to all HR Functions is a Must.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Very Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems is essential.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving.
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.

Fluency in English is preferred
