Corporate Banking Relationship Manager /Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers with an aim to deepen and broaden the relationships with our clients.
  • Achieve various individual business targets and contribute to the team performance.
  • Prepare credit proposals and finalize the required approval for credit facilities in accordance with discretionary authority.
  • Full responsibility of renewals, and extensions on time while ensuring proper account conduct.
  • Drive the cross selling and retention function to grow both liabilities and assets in terms of wallet share and value addition.
  • Conduct regular call visits and take proactive measures to ensure credit quality.
  • Cross-sell a full range of banking products.
  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior members.
  • Grow on portfolio level by acquiring new key strategic clients in the corporate banking space.


Requirements:

  • A university degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Relationship Manager: 3 to 5 years of experience in banking, including at least 2 years in credit.
  • Senior Relationship Manager: 5 to 7 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 4 years in credit.
  • Successful completion of a credit-related course is required.
  • Must be a collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and demonstrate high self-motivation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities are required.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is necessary.
  • A strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service is essential.
