Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

JD:


  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
  • Identify innovative sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, networking, job fairs, and headhunting)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level roles, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further assessments with hiring managers.
  • Lead interview panels and assess candidates' fit based on experience, culture, and organizational needs.
  • Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and conduct background checks.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in White Caller talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
