- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and resolution of complaints or issues.
- Negotiate and secure agreements with major clients to ensure product availability and optimal shelf space.
- Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for increasing sales.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Implement promotional activities, product launches, and merchandising strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with overall marketing plan.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the Sales Manager.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales field with at least 2 years managing a team.Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Superior interpersonal skills.Good familiarly with all computer skills & figures analysis.Strong knowledge of distribution industry standards.Confident and charismatic approach to people. Knowledge of FMCG distribution channels, retail environments, and merchandising.
