  • Identify the sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Identify various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Identify the recruitment plan after receiving the recruitment request from the Recruitment Manager.
  • Assist the recruitment manager with organization planning for upcoming and potential positions

• Conduct through candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Effectively communicate to deliver the company's culture, mission, and opportunities to attract top talent.
• Build the organization's employer brand by highlighting its unique value proposition and employee value proposition on the job scope and level.
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely and personalized communication, address candidate questions, and provide constructive feedback when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, and legal requirements by providing information to team members and newcomers.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and provide insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
• Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the organization as an employer of choice. (Was doing back then)
• Recommend innovative strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Design and implement a Recruitment request form to be issued to the hiring managers.
• Design the appraisal form to evaluate performance for the junior levels in participation with the recruitment manager.
• Create the job profile template and apply the template to the newly opened positions and the existing ones.
• Design and create a recruitment database to save and collect candidates’ data.
• Create and determine in participation with the payroll personnel the turnover sheet.
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Support and provide guides to track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and quality of hires with the recruitment manager.
• Follow up on the orientation process by collaborating the cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements and expectations.
• Organize the assigned tasks to team members in addition to providing a smooth working environment.
• Responsible for sending a weekly report regarding all recruitment processes, including the job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, background checks, and offer negotiations; to ensure the outcome quality and effectiveness 
• Maintain a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, including hiring managers and candidates.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the members of the talent acquisition team.
• Support and guide with the MP sheet.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment Plans and sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Develop and update the required tests and candidate assessments to help maintain efficient evaluation tools.
