Compensation Benefits Specialist

Erada - Egypt - Cairo

1. Preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees any deductions or overtime.

 2. Calculate the allowances of the employees every month and send report with this data to the direct manager. 

3. Check timesheet data and payroll information for accuracy 

4. Acquire all necessary signatures for payroll changes

 5. Coordinate all issues related to the medical insurance. 

6. Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity.

 7. Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks 

8. Communicate with banks regarding opening accounts for new employees and obtaining banking services for them


Education: ➢ University Degree, Bachelor of human resource management, Business administration, or related field. Prior Work Experience: ➢ 6 Months -1 year of experience in Payroll must be ,in microfinance or financial industry. Language Proficiency: ➢ Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is required. Skills & Abilities: ➢ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point). ➢ Ability to work independently/on own initiative and as part of the team and ability to both work with accuracy and meet deadlines. ➢ Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills who fully participates in and supports Fawry initiatives ➢ Background in HR analysis is preferable. Knowledge: ➢ Results Driven (results based on specific efficiency and productivity KPIs within predefined time frames) ➢ Excellent time management. ➢ Integrity (Mutual trust, consistent with company ethics and values) ➢ Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
