Business Development Manager

Business Development & Strategy:

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and trends to expand the company's footprint.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive business growth.
  • Create business proposals and presentations for prospective clients and partners.

Sales Team Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet KPIs and objectives.
  • Oversee lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Customer Service Management:

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by setting standards and monitoring the performance of the customer service team.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and solve customer issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to gather customer feedback and use it to enhance product/service offerings.

Marketing Team Management:

  • Work with the marketing team to create and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to maximize market penetration and business growth.
  • Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, digital strategies, and promotional activities.

 

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the finance, operations, and product development teams to align business development strategies.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales, customer service, and marketing performance for senior management.

Experience 15 to 20 years in Marketing, sales, Customer ServicesProven working experience as a business development managerMBA is a MustRelevant experience in HR Services & Consultants is a privilegeProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)Proficiency in EnglishBSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
