Location: Cairo Festival City Mall, Egypt

Position Overview:

As a Retail Salesperson at Alshimery Group International, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our range of high-quality perfumes. You will assist customers, manage inventory, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and ascertain their needs.
  • Provide detailed product information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing kiosk.
  • Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing products.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in marketing activities and promotional events as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail or sales is a plus.Previous experience in Retail sales or customer service is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.Passion for perfumes and a keen sense of fragrance trends is a plus.
