- Research and identify solutions to customer issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues & find needed actions.

- Ensure all issues are properly logged & there is no external device causing malfunction.
- Check the vehicle condition after repair & ensure that all systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.

Bachelor’s degree of Engineering.Minimum from 4 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer.Strong interpersonal skills (listening, verbal and written).Ability to use the diagnostic equipment.Good hand skills & ability to learn.Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.Attention to details & data accuracy.Customer Focus.Reporting skills.Time management & organized mindset.Customer Oriented.Ability to work under stress.Manage more than one task at a time.Follow-up abilities.Teamwork spirit.Task Oriented.VW Group previous experience is highly preferred.
