We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.
The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for the sales department.
- Manage tenders and procurement processes.
- Oversee and responding to sales-related emails and faxes.
- Prepare sales proposals, and contracts as needed
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Enter sales order information into the company database
- Attend conferences and addressing customer inquiries.
- Record attendee details, including doctors and recent graduates, at events.
- Remind the sales team of supply order deadlines to avoid late fees.
- Receive, assign, and file supply orders according to regional responsibilities.
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
Suitable university degree.1+ years of experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positionsOrganizational skills.Knowledge of the English language.High record-keeping skills.Good Microsoft office skills (excel, word…etc.). Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skills
