The perfect candidate will Oversee the maintenance of all electrical and mechanical assets by managing the maintenance team and ensure smooth operations within the mall.
Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficiency and proper maintenance of mechanical equipment, electrical panels, and power rooms.
- Monitor the attendance of the maintenance team and create shift schedules for maintenance personnel.
- Oversee maintenance activities and ensure they are completed according to the established schedule.
- Resolve any issues that occur and track the movement of spare parts inventory.
- Monitor electricity, water, and gas consumption, and verify invoices against meter readings.
- Deliver a weekly report to the direct manager on the status of operations and promptly report any emergencies.
- Supervise daily operations in collaboration with the operations team.
- Monitor visits from equipment manufacturers for electrical and mechanical systems and ensure compliance with the assigned maintenance schedules.
- Respond to the needs of various departments and tenants within the mall.
- Participate in the hiring of maintenance staff, identify their training needs, and provide recommendations accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards for all maintenance personnel.
- Track customer activities and seek to provide assistance whenever needed.
- Oversee and manage the internal team to ensure optimal work efficiency.
- Monitor the finished work on new units and ensure their handover from the client.
- Provide assistance to the engineering department in matters related to electromechanical work.
- Create periodic maintenance schedules and ensure their execution in coordination with the maintenance team.
- Prepare a monthly report on maintenance activities and electricity meter readings.
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Electrical or Mechanics Field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the same field.
