Responsibilities :
- Contribute to maximize Bank’s Profitability from the portfolio under their desk.
- Prepare prospects list & coordinate with the team to reach a high closing ratio.
- Leading, Guiding & Stretching the team (Assistant Relationship Managers and Analysts) to achieve target.
- To increase the number of customers (Borrowing & Non-Borrowing) in order to achieve Key Performance Indicator
- Initiate marketing and existing clients’ calls for potential business growth
- Ensure preparation of Proposals in alignment with internal policies and customer needs
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Banking
- Solid experience in corporate credit with specific focus on managing corporate clients.
- Strong awareness of Macro Economics
- High Marketing Skills
- Budgeting & organizing
- Credit Certified
