The Workshop Section Head is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and service tasks are completed efficiently and according to established standards. This role involves managing a team of technicians, scheduling work orders, maintaining workshop equipment, and ensuring that all safety, quality, and compliance requirements are met. The Workshop Section Head is also responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and high-quality workmanship.

Workshop Operations Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily workshop activities, including repair, maintenance, and service tasks.
• Ensure all work is completed on time, to the required standards, and within budget constraints.
• Assign tasks to technicians and provide clear instructions for each job.
• Monitor workflow and prioritize urgent jobs based on customer and business needs.
• Maintain and ensure the operational readiness of all workshop tools, equipment, and facilities.

Team Management:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address issues, and communicate new procedures or changes.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend professional development opportunities for staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of ( 8-12 ) years of experience in a workshop
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle/equipment maintenance, repair techniques, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
