Job Summary

As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design lifecycle for key financial products, including stock trading and mutual funds (B2C) and a B2B portal for lending, factoring, and leasing. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on design work, and team leadership. You will play a key role in developing our design systems and mentoring junior designers to foster a strong design culture.

Roles and Responsibilities

    •        Lead the end-to-end design process for both B2C and B2B financial platforms.

    •        Develop and maintain a scalable design system to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.

    •        Mentor and coach junior and mid-level designers, helping them grow their design skills.

    •        Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product design decisions.

    •        Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with user and business

needs.

    •        Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate complex financial concepts into

simple user flows.

    •        Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep the product innovative and competitive.

Key Qualifications

    •        5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a focus on creating user-centric digital experiences.

    •        Expertise in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

    •        Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining design systems.

    •        Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

    •        Experience with user research methodologies and testing.

    •        Technical background or understanding of coding fundamentals to better collaborate with development teams.
