- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Create multiple recruitment pipelines and standardise testing and vetting processes.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related fieldProven working experience as an HR Manager or in other HR Executive roles.3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.Proven ability to manage the unique dynamics of both blue-collar and white-collar employeesA strong network of recruiters and the ability to drive efficient hiring processesExperience in performance management, creating employee onboarding and development plans, and managing compensation structures.In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, and experience in handling legal aspects of hiring and employment.Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships across the company.A proven ability to design and execute a holistic HR strategy successfully.
