Title: IT Support Officer
Location: New Administrative Capital

Implements the IT Operations & Deployment
- Maintains and resolve issues on LAN/WAN, VoIP telephone, Biometric, Video systems and other computing equipment.
- Ensures desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems
- Supports in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
- Installs and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Monitors and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Responds in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provides technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Sets up accounts for new users. Repairs and replaces equipment as necessary
Monitors the Security & Governance
- Maintains security strategies.
- Ensures compliance with IT policies & procedures.
Handles the Vendors & support management
- Liaises with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Technical CompetenciesPossess high level of Operating systems, Hardware and software configuration techniques. Knows how to respond in ticket-based support system.Has a good knowledge & experience in Different OS (Windows, MAC OS, .. .etc.) & HW, Microsoft Office & applications support. Qualifications:Years of Experience: 1 to 3Education: Bachelor of Computer Science/ Computer EngineeringSkills: Communication skills, Time Management, Problem solving
