Role Description
Plan and organize end-to-end project management including resource allocation and progress tracking.
• Strong technical knowledge and extensive knowledge of the field of office furniture and projects B to B.
• Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and effectively.
• The ability to communicate effectively with all project owners (customers - company - other team members).
• Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate the project team.
• Ability to negotiate and manage expectations with customers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree of engineering / applied art
• Previous experience in furniture factories is a must
• PMP certification is a must
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
• Solid organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• critical thinking and problem-solving skil
