  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the e-commerce strategy , focusing on enhancing online brand presence and driving sales across multiple platforms
  • Marketplace Optimization: Manage product listings, ensure SEO best practices, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Noon
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor website analytics and sales metrics, interpreting data to improve customer experience and increase conversion rates
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on product launches and promotional activities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain customer relationships, addressing inquiries and leveraging feedback to enhance online shopping experiences
  • Trend Identification: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in e-commerce management or a similar role, preferably with experience in a multi-channel environment
