Our Service Unit is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings with executives, ultimately driving sales-ready opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Leverage industry resources like Apollo and LinkedIn to identify and network with potential clients.
- Generate high-quality leads through prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads, educate them on our products and services, and determine their fit.
- Schedule meetings with the executive team for qualified leads, managing calendars and communication.
- Maintain accurate client data in the CRM and design automated processes.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to understand needs and promote solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly activity quotas and track data.
- Provide insightful reports on sales activities and results to management.
- Manage and oversee unit performance, ensuring quotas for meetings are met.
- Track team attendance, vacations, and performance.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the Sales Operation Lead.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer service, or a similar role.
- Proven experience developing sales pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
