Job Description:
Plan, coordinate, and manage export shipments by sea and air freight, ensuring timely,
cost-effective, and efficient delivery.
• Coordinate and manage bookings, routing, and cost negotiations with freight
forwarders and shipping lines.
• Monitor and mitigate risks associated with the logistics process, ensuring that potential
issues are identified and addressed promptly.
• Prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of
lading, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
Assist with the coordination of import shipments, including arranging transportation,
processing import documentation, and ensuring compliance with import regulations.
• Work with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate the smooth clearance of
imported goods.
• Monitor logistics costs and work with freight forwarders to optimize shipping rates and
routes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
Job Requirements :
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business
administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on export and
import operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and
documentation requirements.
• Experience with both sea and air freight logistics, locally and globally.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with
internal and external stakeholders.
