Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist (Cairo & Giza only) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with bank partners to drive sales and promote MetLife products. The Bancassurance Specialist will also conduct training and development programs for bank staff, provide support to customers during the sales process, and collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in bancassurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of insurance and financial products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets and customer needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Ability to travel within Egypt to meet with bank partners and customers
- Must be legally authorized to work in Egypt
